Cancellation and Refund Policy
Hotel Room Reservation Cancellation Policy:
· Following cancellation rules are valid for reservations made via elcastello.com or direct booking with hotel travel desk. If you use any 3rd party website/ booking platform to book your stay with us please read carefully the individual website / platform rules for cancelation.
· 100% Refund – on cancellation before 5 days from the Check in Date
· 50% Refund – on cancellation within 2 to 1 days from the Check in Date
· 00% Refund – on cancellation on same day of the Check in Date
· ***The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
· To cancel the reservation, an email intimation needs to be sent to reservation@elcastello.com Communication over WhatsApp will not be considered as reservation cancellation request.
Tour Packages Cancellation Policy:
· 85% Refund – on cancellation before 15 days from the start of the tour
· 60% Refund – on cancellation within 14 to 7 days from the start of the tour
· Any cancellation before 7 days can be converted into a Travel Voucher with just a 10% deduction and needs to be used within the next 360 days.
· 00% Refund – on cancellation within 6 to 0 days from the start of the tour
· ***The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
· To cancel the reservation, an email intimation needs to be sent to reservation@elcastello.com Communication over WhatsApp will not be considered as reservation cancellation request.
Disclaimer
· ‘Hotel El Castello Ladakh’ does not hold any responsibility for refund arising out of any natural, weather conditions, pandemic situation, or man-made calamities that may occur.
· Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all the mentioned services will remain unchanged.
· Any cancellation before 15 days can be converted into a Travel Voucher with just a 10% deduction and needs to be used within the next 360 days.
· ‘Hotel El Castello Ladakh’ reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure in the event of pandemic lockdowns, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, closure of entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we won’t be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
